Segway FAQ's

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or change a reservation. This can be done online using your reservation email.

We do not require a deposit to make a reservation - the full balance is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot on our Guided Tours.

• Riders must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or anything that may impair balance.

• Guests should be prepared to stand for the length of the tour (typically 90 - 120 minutes).

• Guests should be able to shift their weight from side-to-side while bending their knees and hips.

• Clear vision and functional hearing are imperative for safe touring.

• Guests must wear provided helmet. 

• Guests must read/sign/submit/adhere to release of liability waiver.

• Guests will be required to demonstrate Segway riding proficiency.

• Riders under 18 must have parent sign waiver and participate on tour with them.

• Guests who show up with arm or leg casts will not be permitted to participate. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but balance and steering is imperative for this experience.

• Guests who show up visibly pregnant will not be permitted to participate. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is for the safety of the expectant mother and her unborn child as well as the protection of our Tour Guide and company.

• A detailed explanation of our training is provided by our Tour Guides in English and a strong, clear understanding of how to operate a Segway is a must.  If English is not your spoken, first language, it is not recommended that you participate.  Thank you for your understanding. 

• Minimum age is 12 years old

• Minimum weight is 100 pounds

• Maximum weight of 260 pounds

We cap our tours at 10 participants for safety & maximum enjoyment but, please reach out to us by phone or email if your group is larger than 10 people.  We have a partnership with another tour company so chances are, we can accommodate. 

Yes.  For the safety of our customers and the protection of our staff, the minimum age for participation is 12 years of age. Training is provided to all persons and passing a skills test is required.  A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for their child. It is up to the discretion of the Tour Guide to deem a complete understanding of the operating procedures by every participant.

Texas weather can change in a heartbeat so please stay tuned on the day of your scheduled event. We will provide a 2 hour notification of delays, rebooking or cancellations due to inclement weather.

$15 - $20 per person is the standard recommendation. We guarantee a phenomenal time.

For your safety, please refrain from taking photos or video while operating a Segway. Your tour guide will take photos of your group and airdrop, text, email or share them with you on social media.

Out of respect for our other guests, training will start and tours will run on time.  At the sole discretion of our Tour Guides, late-comers may or may not be allowed to participate.  We reserve the right to refuse service and no refunds will be issued.  Please plan accordingly.  If you call and say you are running 3 min. late and it really takes you 10, our Tour Guides will leave.  We apologize for the inconvenience.   

A Segway tour is definitely one of the top things to do in Austin.  Guided tours are the best way to maximize your time.  We will cover @ 7 miles in a 2 hr time span and check many sties off your bucket list including Insta-grammable murals, historical landmarks, iconic shops, local hot spots and trending areas.
